Kionna is from New Orleans, LA, and her southern hospitality definitely shows in every aspect of her role. Her educational background is in Insurance Sales and Licensing Adjusters but she has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years . Kionna has excellent problem solving and organizational skills which makes her a great asset to the team. One of her most favorite parts about her role is getting to meet and interact with all of the residents and their pets as they pass through the lobby each day.
