“I’ve lived in a 2br/2ba at One Light for close to a year now and am planning to renew my lease shortly! It's a beautiful and relatively brand new building. While it's hard to deny that these aren't the least expensive spaces in the kcmo area, there are definitely features here that both justify and make up for any increase in my living expenses. From the door staff to the maintenance crew, to the leasing and management personnel, the services provided are exemplary. I have never had an issue with anyone or anything here....and for a rental property, that speaks volumes! I have never waited more than a day for a response to either a phone call, email inquiry or maintenance request. My guests have always been treated with respect and the included amenities (like the included One Life gym membership, onsite grocery store, pool with cabanas and outside grill & bar service!) are the kinds of things that make coming home at the end of the day, or even planning a 'staycation', enjoyable!! The amenities are too many to list, but I really just wanted to both let others know and also thank everyone who works at One Light and say that I'm looking forward to spending the next year with a great group of people....personnel and residents alike.”

“Love Love Love One Light Can't say enough good things about the quality of the building, its location, the amenities and the ALL the staff leasing, concierge, reception, housekeeping and maintenance . Within a year of moving to KCMO, I had already moved 3 times Plaza, Westport and Brookside before deciding to give downtown a chance. Coming from Boston, nothing felt right until I found One Light. Having a dog park and grocery store and health club attached are lifesavers. I am EXTREMELY sensitive to noise overhead ambience noise in the form of outside traffic and music doesn't bother me . I was unable to sleep in any of my other residences but at One Light I sleep like a baby. Have never heard the people above or next to me. I also feel very safe in the city. Much more safe than I did in those other neighborhoods. Possibly because there are always people out and about, but also because the security patrols the area very well. I really didn't think I would ever live in an apartment situation condos - no problem, but not apartments . I stand corrected. Very happy here.”
